How ScamSlam works
Scammers rely on their numbers and websites staying anonymous. ScamSlam takes that away. When you report one, we do two things: add it to a public warning list so the next person can check before they answer, and help you forward it to the authorities who can actually act.
You report it
Paste the scammer’s phone number or website, pick the scam type, and add a note. Takes about 15 seconds.
We log and rank it
Your report joins our public database. The more times a number or site is reported, the higher it climbs the “most reported” list — building a real-time picture of active scams.
We forward it
We generate one-click, pre-filled reports to the FTC, FCC, Google Safe Browsing, PhishTank, and Microsoft SmartScreen. Where an automated channel exists (like PhishTank), we submit it for you.
Everyone gets warned
Anyone can look up a number or website before responding — and see if others have already been targeted.
Important
ScamSlam reports are user-submitted and unverified. Treat them as warnings, not proof. We can't guarantee any authority takes action on a given report. If you've lost money, file directly with the FBI's IC3 and your local police.
